The gym is equipped with cardiovascular, resistance machinery and free weights to give the body an excellent workout. During the Gym Induction staff will show you the correct way to use each piece of machinery safely in order to achieve maximum results. Fitness Assessments and Programmes are available to give you further guidance in improving your health and fitness.

Fitness Assessments

Fitness Assessments are carried out by a qualified fitness trainer and cost from £11.00. This price includes both the assessment and a training programme for the gym, designed to suit your fitness capabilities. Please call us to arrange an assessment.

The multifunction toning table is ideal for use by those who are restricted in their movement, as it can help tone the body and improve posture - perfect for anyone trying to keep fit and healthy.
